Product Information
We source our crystals from trusted suppliers around the world, ensuring they are ethically and responsibly mined. Each piece is hand-selected for quality, uniqueness, and beauty before making it into our shop.
Every crystal in our shop is personally hand-picked for its quality, unique characteristics, and overall energy. We take great care in selecting pieces that align with what our customers love—whether that’s stunning formations, rare finds, or high-grade specimens.
Most of our crystals are completely natural, but some stones—such as heat-treated citrine or aura quartz—undergo treatments to enhance their color or appearance. If a crystal has been treated in any way, we will always note it in the product description, otherwise they are all completely natural and exactly as they were created.
We photograph our crystals in natural lighting to best capture their true colors and details. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting differences. If you ever have questions about a piece, feel free to reach out to us.
Orders & Shipping
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our location in Tucson, Arizona.
Yes! We ship nationwide within the U.S. and can accommodate international orders. If you are outside the U.S.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We take great care in packaging your crystals to ensure they arrive safely. Each order is wrapped securely, and fragile items may include extra padding or protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once items have been marked as delivered, we lose all authority to inquire about the package. If any questions arise at this point all must be handled directly with the shipping company. If you need guidance, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Return & Policies
Due to the nature of crystals being one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you to find a solution
